Could Scalia have been poisoned to make Texas anti-abortion stance stand?

Though it might not make sense to you because Scalia was very conservative likely the Supreme court would have overturned the extreme anti-abortion stand presently held by the Texas Supreme court there. So, someone who was extremely anti-abortion could have used something untraceable to "take out" Scalia in Texas to make this happen. This actually makes sense for one reason Scalia is now dead.

Though it is also true Scalia might have passed on from "natural Causes" because he had so many ailments, I'm thinking if he didn't feel healthy enough to go to Hong Kong and Texas by private Jet likely he would have chosen not to go. So, this could be the reason Scalia was done away with if this is what actually happened. So, looking to Texas for the answer might be useful. It's interesting that JFK died in Texas too.

Here is how this works:

There are only 8 justices now on the Supreme Court. 4 are liberal and 4 are conservative. If there is a tie the ruling goes back to the state court and that becomes the valid ruling. This abortion case from Texas regarding the Supreme Court would likely do this unless Scalia is found to have been poisoned. And then if this is proved. Who did it?

The Texas Supreme Court has already ruled in an extreme anti-abortion ruling. There would be many Anti-Abortion activists nationwide and worldwide willing to kill someone to set the Texas precedent in stone.

I became suspicious when the coroner wasn't even called to see the body at all and the only ones present declaring him dead were local police.

For one of the most powerful people on earth, Scalia, this is ridiculous!

Next, there was no autopsy which means no one even looked for any suspicious signs in his body.

This is also very suspicious in itself for one of the most powerful people on earth in this particular situation.

Think about this for a moment. He refused protection from the U.S. Marshalls to have a more intimate experience there. His family was not there. He wasn't in a hospital being attended by his family. There are so many things with his story that don't ring true I wonder why people aren't more upset about this already.

Yes. He might have been with a woman there and that might have done him in and that might be what people are trying to hide here. But, even then in this case because so much is at stake for our government on so many different levels it doesn't seem like this should be swept under the rug the way it is being presently because of all the cases nationwide that will not now be resolved by the U.S. Supreme Court because of Scalia's demise and will be thrown back upon lower courts as a direct result of this. This is another threat to our 2 party system right here in Scalias passing for whatever the reason.
