(Likely because pesticide makers around the world don't want you to know neurotoxins are what is killing all the bees).
Basically, bees cannot navigate or find flowers or hives when their brains are affected by neurotoxins in pesticides. Likely it has some similar effect on humans too, just less pronounced when people eat foods with this neurotoxin or spray them as weed killers in their yards. So, basically it is like giving bees (and maybe humans to a much lesser degree) senile dementia or alzheimers.
Regarding Dioxin and 24D
I studied about neurotoxins in the 1970s before I was an anti-toxics activist against 24d which was causing mole pregnancies in Women then in the 1970s and 1980s. A mole pregnancy means the fetus is basically a deformed monster that usually dies before it is born. Where Agent Orange (24d) was sprayed over the DMZ there are still two headed children or four legged children or 4 armed kids being born there all these years after the end of the Viet Nam War in the 1970s. Roundup that you spray in your yard has a somewhat similar formula to 24D. There is no safe level of dioxin known for humans.
When DDT was killing most birds in the U.S. by making their eggs crack what DDT was replaced with a lot was neurotoxins which in many ways in humans was even worse than DDT at that time. However, birds weren't going extinct from neurotoxins. However, now bees are slowly going extinct form neurotoxins from pesticides but it has been mostly covered up so far.
