Why?
Under ideal conditions if China, Russia, Europe and the U.S. didn't exist on earth it might be in their interests to go to war with each other with one of them surviving and remaining on the world stage and the other vanquished and controlled by the other in the end.
However, it is completely NOT in either of their interests to go to war!
Of Whose interests is it for them to go to war?
It is ONLY in Russia's interests and no one else that they go to war.
Why?
2 reasons.
1. Russia needs desperately to raise the price of oil so Putin can remain in power so he isn't kicked out of power because of present sanctions and low oil prices.
2. Russia wants to wipe out completely all Sunni Nations but specifically Saudi Arabia because they blame partly Saudi Arabia (along with the U.S.) for the collapse of the old Soviet Union for a variety of reasons. So, Putin wants to destroy the royal family and the government of Saudi Arabia for their part in the collapse of the Soviet Union by forcing oil prices to stay low until the Soviet Union financially imploded.
So, specifically the countries Putin wants revenge on are Saudi Arabia, Then the U.S., and then Europe.
