May 19, 2011 - 1. Wahabi
Muslims are followers of Muhammad ibne Abdul wahab present in the 18th
century in Saudi Arabia whereas Sunni Muslims are followers of Prophet
Muhammad and his companions. 2. Sunni Muslims believe in intercession
and mysticism whereas Wahabis call them as deviants and wrongful innovations in Islam.Once you understand that the ruling family in Saudi Arabia has some of the same religious beliefs as ISIS (which is also Wahabi) you begin to understand a few things about all this better.
So, as ISIS is defeated this is a disaster for many private citizens in Saudi Arabia who fund ISIS which is a Sunni Wahabi Terrorist Group.
Iran has it's army in Syria killing ISIS Soldiers. IRan is also aligned with Russia.
So, ISIS was a way for Saudi Arabia Wahabis to finance a fighting group against Russia and Iran without incuring Russia's wrath.
So, Saudi ARabia has made friends with the U.S. and Europe because of oil interests in Europe and the U.S. which is why business people like Trump's son in law and both Bush presidents were very very friendly with the Saudi Royal Family.
Another important thing to understand is that ISIS would if it could overthrow the Saudi Royal Family if it could and try to rule Saudi Arabia itself.
So, even though many wahabi people in Saudi Arabia support ISIS the government does not (at least in a direct sense. Also, most of the people who took down the twin towers in 9-11 were Saudis.
So, this is all very complex and has more to do with oil and sunnis and Shias and Wahabi Sunnis and Shias and all that.
However, I think you realize as I do that this is so complicated it is like a Gordian knot that cannot be untied or fully understood at this point...
However, it is very likely you will see a war now between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
Who would win?
That's hard to say.
Iran is allied with Russia.
Saudi Arabia is allied with Israel, Europe, the U.S., likely Canada and Australia etc.
It's hard to say how such a war would turn out.
It is very likely that neither Russia or the U.S. would let either side win just like they wouldn't let Iran or Iraq win the last war in the 1980s when Saddam Hussein was in power in Iraq.
Note:
This war would be extremely problematic for the world and could easily create World War III over oil.
So, it is very likely that the U.S. and Europe wouldn't permit this war to occur.
Only Russia has to gain from this war by skyrocketing oil prices as all Iranian and Saudi Oil is blown up by warfare.
Because sanctions and low oil prices have destroyed Russia's economy which is also why Russia is waging an information war against the U.S. and Europe and trying to destroy our governments and institutions.
