What if the Galaxy has had cultures developing for Billions of years ongoing? What if we are part of a group that just lost our ability to travel in space since Atlantis sunk but had it before then? So, it's only since Noah's Ark that we haven't had space travel until the 1960s?
What if Earth was a park since before the dinosaurs and we are considered to be deer in the park. What if what we think aliens are is one of the biggest jokes in the galaxy?
What if what is actually going on is we are considered to be about as dangerous as we consider deer to be in a park?
This is my assessment of what is really going on.
That earth is a Galactic park at least as old as the dinosaurs and we are thought of us deer to be studied but not harmed unless it is to thin us out so we don't harm the park.
After all, we are a part of the park but we aren't the most important thing, Earth is. And Earth's ecology is the most important thing the Galaxy wants to maintain whatever that takes.
So, there is only one thing really that scares Galactics in regard to earth: Nuclear weapons.
And the only solution to this with a world culture as unruly as ours is is retroactive time travel to prevent nuclear blasts.
This has been happening ongoing since world war II now.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
