Endgame approaches Time travel from a more realistic perspective than most movies do

Here is one of the premises. "If you time travel back to the past and live there the past becomes your future."

But, the present might or might not be affected by you doing this because likely you will have created a whole new time line different than the one you are presently on (before you time travel to the past).

This is probably a realistic assessment of one aspect of Time Travel in reality.

So, many of the cliches of time travel in movies have no basis in reality. I like the fact that Endgame makes time travel a lot more plausible for people to deal with. Because after all we are all affected by changes to the time lines every single moment of every single day.

I try to prepare people for this when I say: "We only have our memories because all time and space is constantly changing in the past, the present and in the future."

So, literally all we have is our memories of what we did during our lives here on earth because the evidence of what we did could be erased (including us) any moment through time travel.

Though this is a very sobering thought it is a very realistic thought and might help people to survive their lives better knowing this.

With this knowledge people can be forearmed for the time changes inevitable in all our lives this century and beyond.

This might prepare people for the Technological Singularity that we all are on a collision course at the very least with by 2050 at the latest at this point.
