Here's why:
All the other states in the U.S. put their homeless on buses and turf them to California. Why?
Because California being the 5th largest economy on earth likely won't let these homeless people die. Simple answer. Whereas they easily could die in most other states.
So now, Trump wants to end homelessness in California?
What's he going to do pick them all up and drown them in the ocean? No. Seriously.
