Here's the thing. I don't use this email AT ALL. But, in order to have this website Google demanded that I also have a 
gmail account. But, I also learned how intrusive Google is into all aspects of a Google email users life just like Facebook
is incredibly intrusive into the lives of people who have facebook accounts. So, I don't use this account

However, my other email accounts I prefer not to use as well mostly because mostly I get a lot of spam and only about 10
times a year or so someone emails me and mostly I miss it because at this point I only check other emails about once or
twice a year. So, mostly I use texting or phone calls to keep in touch (mostly texting). However, I don't give out my 
cell phone number on a web site EVER for a variety of reasons and likely neither should you unless it is a business
smart phone or something like that that you don't ever use for personal calls.
