Because 2/3 of the deaths are from people  too scared and afraid to die from coronavirus in a hospital and choose instead to either die at home or on the streets or in their car or truck somewhere. This is true throughout the U.S. So, only 1/3 of coronavirus deaths are actually reported because of this here in the U.S.
