He’s known for doing his own stunt work, and at the age of 58 Tom Cruise may have performed his most death-defying trick yet.
At 58, Tom Cruise has proven that age is just a number when it comes to high-risk stunt work.
The actor, known for doing his own stunts, showed no sign of slowing down after he was filmed leaping from a speeding motorbike off a ramp.
The incredible photos of Cruise come from the set of the seventh instalment of the movie franchise Mission Impossible, shot last week at a former air base in Oxfordshire, UK.
After arriving on set in his face mask, he was quick to head 200m into the air, hurling himself off the bike for the action scene. Cruise was attached to safety wires for the risky stunt.

The stunt filmed for the movie was estimated to have cost $3.6 million, one of the most expensive stunts performed in Britain.
Earlier this month, trials by stuntmen saw the set go up in flames – showing just how dangerous these stunts can be. Nobody was hurt in the accident.
Flinging himself off ramps into the sky isn’t the only thing Cruise has done for the film. Another witness saw the actor leap from a helicopter 3000m in the air.
