The pandemic is raging months after it broke out, with infections soaring past 54 million and claiming more than 1.3 million lives.

I think what's important to realize here is that is the number for tested cases for only "ONE DAY". Also, everyone on earth isn't going to get a free vaccine like many or most might get here in the U.S. or Europe. So, likely expecting people to be dying from this still around the world this time next year likely is relatively inevitable at least at this point.

My opinion is that since only around 1% of nations actually get tested and 98% of the world dies without being tested that the 1.3 million figure is around 98% off or 50 to 100 million actual deaths worldwide so far. However, since NO ONE can actually deal with this truth the world is lied to every day in order for more people to be able to cope and stay alive worldwide the next few years of this present worldwide nightmare ongoing.

It reminds me a lot of what the 1950s were when most people were a little crazy from World war II and the Great Depression and only really the children born mostly after world war II were still fully sane. We should all expect a lot of really messed up people to deal with after this all ends a few years from now in the U.S. and Europe. It's not certain it WILL end or when regarding the rest of the world, however.
