Why a positive mental attitude is important throughout your life as long as you live

First of all, if you don't believe you can do something then you can't. So, whether it is getting up out of a chair or walking across the street or getting on a plane and traveling to the other side of the world, if you don't believe you can do it, then you can't.

So, a positive mental attitude gives you enough hope to succeed at whatever you succeed at in life.

And here's the thing I find with all the successful people I have ever met:

You have to be willing to fail and sometimes fail big in life before you succeed.

For example, I have been married 3 times but I have been married 26 years this last time. My cousin says: "You just didn't ever give up."

Especially if you have children you cannot ever give up because you have to set a good example for them so that they can succeed too.

I have children now that are from age 46 years old down to age 24 and my wife and I still have to give them all positive attention to help them keep succeeding in their lives even though I'm now 72 years old and my wife is in her 60s.

IF you don't have a positive mental attitude often you are gone by age 30. This is just a part of life around the world.

People who survive the coronavirus a few years from now will have succeeded because they have a positive mental attitude. Without this often people are soon gone either mentally or physically.

You cannot panic your way through life especially after 40 or 50 because after 40 or 50 Panic kills.

So, you have to find a way to generate positivity to keep going.

Everyone has a different way to do this.

For me, I married an optimist in my 40s and this helped a great deal to keep me from being a cynic. It's good to be a pragmatist but being too much of s cynic might just end your life (once you leave your 20s) when cynicism is at it's height at least among many or most young people.

So, find a way to stay positive if you want your children to survive and for you to survive all this too.

Generating positivity is what one must do to keep their children alive through the coronavirus especially.
