are places no one goes anymore at all because they all take these areas for granted and don't realize it a place of vulnerability for the whole world simply because no one goes there anymore.
So, it would make sense that Russia and other nations would go there beneath the layers but setting say a supercomputer loose at writing software to do exactly this, "To implant malicious software that would be undetectable an in languages seldom if never used anymore but who are at the core of being very close to Machine language "zeros and 1s" or maybe the code might be written in zeros and ones to actually throw every one off task. This could be done too. A Supercomputer could be tasked to do such a thing if it's working in millions, billions or even trillions of a second as it does it's work! A couple of years later it could do some really amazing things in this direction regarding machine language code in all online computers worldwide!
Who is going to suspect a machine language program just written in zeros and ones instead of any language at all!
Most people (unless they had a couple of years to sort it out) couldn't find what the heck was going on in actuality!
So, the easiest way would be to use our supercomputers to analyze everything at a machine language level to see what is going on. However, you likely would first have to write a good enough program to do this which likely would take several months to properly do to task a supercomputer to run it on all computers worldwide that are online and accessible. However, if Russia went into companies selling software you likely have closed systems corrupted too that installed this software in addition to open systems.
