In listening to Trump talk you always knew he was lying to his people. It was sort of like for Trump fans like a lover lying to another lover or something. But, often it's this way with Cult figures like Trump was.
People wanted to be rich like Trump even if he was a complete liar all the time. So, I guess some people wanted to learn to lie like he did so maybe they might be rich.
The problem with this is that he started out with 150 to 200 million dollars to play with from his father.
So, thinking of Trump as a self made man isn't realistic. But, he did attain mythic qualities like a hollywood star God in some people's eyes.
But this was never realistic because what they saw was never reality but instead a fiction like an actor playing a reality show part.
Some people i guess like to be taken advantage of and lied to and this is the type of person who followed Trump who had PTSD so severe just like he had which caused his Personality disorder which completely lacked empathy for anyone but him of Narcissistic Personality disorder.
