This pattern will be familiar to many with long Covid. The core experience of long Covid revolves around the unholy trinity of fatigue, brain fog and muscle pain. But there is a long list of rarer symptoms covering almost every bodily function ranging from digestive problems to night sweats and depression to hair loss.

However, when I thought more about this, it could also be that these symptoms could be from the depression people feel from Covid Isolation during the past 2 plus years as well.
So, for example, if you are depressed because of quarantining and not going to restaurants and not going on vacations and not going to movie theaters and not visiting friends like you used to:
it is also possible that you are just depressed, not eating or sleeping right, working all the time and not having fun like you used to.
That would be possible too.
After all, people around the world often die of a broken heart when they either lose the love of their life too. And what if the love of your life was the life you used to live before Covid?
Would you still want to be alive without the good life you lost when Covid Began?
I find myself having trouble keeping my courage up at age almost 74 now because 75% of my good life before Covid is temporarily or permanently gone.
And now we have to deal with World War III too?
How does any of that equate with hope for a good life in the future?
So, this is my personal opinion about some of the possibilities regarding Long Covid.
It might be real or it might be that people have just lost hope in their lives for a variety of reasons at this point and stopped eating good food and exercising because they have just lost hope for any future at all?
One way to find out is to take a vacation and see what happens to you to see if you regain your strength and health during your vacation. This might help.
