It took me several days to adapt to sleeping above 6000 feet

 I had a difficult time in Lake Tahoe and so I thought I might need an Oxygenator for breathing and sleeping well at night so I went to the Hospital there to see if I could get a prescription for one. Instead I found out that my oxygenation rate was a 93% so that wasn't the problem according to the doctor there at the hospital. He actually didn't recommend being above 6000 feet and sleeping for someone my age with a pacemaker to begin with. So, I was released from the hospital there two nights ago and we drove across Nevada that day. Most of Nevada seems to be from a minimum of 2000 to 3000 feet and then we stayed in Twin Falls in Idaho which is at:
