Time and Space are not the natural state of the universe. Galaxies are artificial creations of Sentient beings called Creators. Their natural state does not really contain time and space.
To describe a Creator who doesn't live in galaxy is sort of describing a human without a home or house or land. They are hunter gatherers of energy sources to feed on.
So, traveling is about consciousness not about time or space. This is one reason why EnLIGHTen ment even today is NOT about time and space but rather BEING and COMPASSION more than anything else.
Time and space really is more about GAME PLAYING sort of like the RULES of a Game beings play more than anything else.
Life is a Serious Game where you can easily die BUT it's still a game even though it is a serious one with many unknown consequences for everyone.
Imagine that a Creator encompasses all time and space but also the entire universe at the same time but the Creator encompasses the Whole Universe not as matter but as Consciousness and BEing.
IF a Being is literally everywhere and everywhen it is not a problem to be anywhere or anywhen because you are already there Literally.
