There really never has been negotiation with Russia. It isn't in the basic Russian way of looking at things for centuries

Here is the basic military way at least that Russia has always seen things:

"If you push your bayonet in and if there is resistance then pull back but if there is no resistance push it in further."

This is a very well known Russian Saying about All Wars.

In other words "Might makes Right".

There IS NO negotiation possible given Putin or Russia's military point of view and never has been.

Where would Ukraine be if they negotiated with Russia?

Mostly all dead already with their children all kidnapped into Russia and told that their parents were bad dead people whether they were actually dead or not.

This is the Reality of Russia and Vance is a fool to think otherwise.
