1/3 of the people in China have different forms of Tuberculosis but they are usually poor and live out in the country and not in the big cities

Not being near good medical facilities and ignorance is the primary cause of tuberculosis in China. The people getting tuberculosis are more remote away from the big cities and likely not well educated either.

However, it is also true that about 1/3 of the population of China is similar to life in the U.S. but it's also true that 1/3 of China is very ignorant and uneducated and poor like many 3rd world countries on earth too.

So, unless we address tuberculosis here in the U.S. in a more dynamic and useful way now we too could eventually be with 1/3 of the people in the U.S. with tuberculosis too because it is incredibly contagious and there are varieties of Tuberculosis in China that are not treatable and usually fatal as well. So, if those untreatable variants come here from China then those people all will likely die if they get it here in the U.S. much like all the people dying of Covid a few years ago here in the U.S. and all around the world.
