Whether you are targeting individuals or Satellites in Space both Central processing units of either people or Satellites are affected by a certain level of microwaves. For example, if you read the fine print regarding your cell phone it says don't keep this against your head or body because it can cause burning of the skin or cause brain damage (which is why I either keep my cell phone in my pants pocket (away from my brain and heart) or I put it on a table away from me when not using it or I put it on the dash board of my car as far away from me as possible when driving long distances where it can still connect with my car so I can speak through the cars speakers and microphone but not be harmed in any significant way by the microwave radiation from my phone (especially when I speak into it). So, people are actually cooking their brains with microwaves when they hold up a cell phone to their heads and speak on these phones. So, what I do is to put my phone on Speakerphone (unless it's an emergency of some kind). So, only 1 time in 100 will I ever put my cell phone up against my ear.
In this same way the same microwaves that cook your food can also cook your brain too through your cell phone and your cell phone's GPS is also a GPS targeting device with missiles of various kinds and also a GPS locator of where you are worldwide when you have one with you.
Also, Microwaves can cook your brain or all your body if targeted by focusing them like the Chinese are doing now too. However, it is very likely that the U.S. also has this same kind of technology too.
However, the U.S. likely would be less likely to use this technology than the Chinese would.
Also, if this weapon were used on GPS satellites American missiles and drone technology wouldn't work at all.
So, this is pretty deadly in itself to neutralize all missile and drone technology here in the U.S. by China.
