If one is at all logical what happens when USAID food stops flowing? What happens when medical Doctors who treat things like Tuberculosis worldwide and Bubonic Plague and other major diseases like Polio are no longer funded?
It's true the Gates Foundation of Bill Gates will likely continue to help a lot around the world with these diseases. However, without the Federal USAID thousands to millions of people will die from everything from starvation to murder, to lack of medical care around the world.
Those who had no food or medical help will die quicker and more often. People who needed protection from the wind and the elements and people who would harm them will die more often.
Then you have the families of the men and women being deported that might be citizens of the U.S. by Birth and what happens to them? Especially those under 15 years of age who likely cannot work to support themselves or file complicated paperwork to get government help to survive.
Death and starvation from various causes follow all the decisions of Trump and Musk now all over the world.
