The Hydrogen naturally found in our galaxy is slowly turned into Helium and on down through the periodic table to the heavier elements. However, in the process of all this energy is released as the elements become more dense.
IN the same way that the light from stars reaches all across the galaxy often communications that might also travel on these light rays from stars likely tie all the Creator souls so they are in constant communication with each other if that is what they wish to do.
So, just like the stars light goes all across the galaxy this same light from the suns in star form also brings life into human beings here on earth and causes them to incarnate as human beings here on earth when they have permission from the Galactic Sentience when they want to incarnate here on earth as human beings.
