The End of Season 3 of "The White Lotus"

Since I don't want to give away the end of the crime mystery "The White Lotus" just know it is as ambiguous and unpredictable what happens as the first two seasons of "The White Lotus". I think we all watch these "White Lotus" seasons because we are all trying to figure out who dies. Like they begin the first episode with Zion the son of the Black lady masseuse who was in the first season of White Lotus hearing Gunshots. So, we wonder if the Masseuse in training dies or not in Phuket Island off of Thailand (think the Las Vegas of Thailand where richer tourists go from around the world (reminds me a little of Hawaii? maybe). Though I never went to Phuket in 1985 or 1986 while I was in Asia for 4 months I did go to Koi Samed Island off of Bangkok because I was told that Phuket might be too dangerous then in 1985 and 1986 because of Drugs dealers and crime because of stealing things from tourists and kidnappin and all that. So, The Thai government likely put more of a stop to that because Phuket likely is a real money maker for Thailand with tourists that are rich like in "The White Lotus"

So, the point of this whole article is that I watched the last episode of "The White Lotus" like many of you did last night too all over the U.S. and the world.

What did I think?

I think the writers of the ending did a really good job in making something amazing and awful and yet somehow satisfying in many different ways. The ending is in a way Awful like all the other "White Lotuses" like the Gay man stabbed with a big knife in the First White Lotus (hopefully you have already seen that one).

But, I think I didn't blow the ending for you just that I felt the writers did an excellent job with this one. The way they did this it felt very true to life in both Good and Bad ways. Also, I liked the Buddhist influence in this one. I felt bringing the Buddhist Tradition would help many people around the world.

Though I see myself as a Christian Mystic I also see myself as a Tibetan Buddhist so I could relate to most of the Thai Buddhism Taught in this Season of "The White Lotus" too.

In a sense as a student of Comparative religion in College and with my best friend getting a Master's degree in History of Religion specializing in Buddhism and Sanskrit my view of Religions goes something like this.

All religions have good points and bad points.

For example, the problem with Christianity is basically racism and being judgemental in the way it is practiced.

The Problem with Buddhism is "Nihilism" which is sort of like saying: "Because everything is the way it is why do anything at all?"

So, both Christianity and Buddhism the way they are actually practiced have many good and bad points.

My favorite thing about Christianity is Christian Brotherhood and Christian Sisterhood which has changed the world in many good ways.

My Favorite thing about Buddhism is that Buddha was a soul traveler like me and was born the same month I was and so when he speaks of billions of people living on other planets that he visits that makes perfect sense to me because I have experience this too especially regarding our Soul Species who I call the Creators because our soul Species creates all Galaxies.

No Galaxy would exist at all without our Soul Species which pre-existed all time and space (at least as we know it).
