55 is definitely better than the 49 degrees at around 6:30 AM this morning pacific Time. However, this is all relative likely to where you presently are around the world. For example, my daughter and her husband were trying to get from Munich to Vienna today and found that renting a car was too dangerous for them because of ice on the roads and bad fog everywhere. So, they took a train because under these conditions this is a much safer thing to do.
Also, in Austria 90% of the electricity is renewable electricity from things like water power, solar power and wind power. So, by riding the train you are also helping the environment too rather than burning gas or diesel which makes global Warming and Global Climate changes much worse than they need to be now here on earth.
So, anyway, Here I am with a sunny day and 55 degrees with Christmas coming next week some time and relatives coming here from Texas and southern California to stay with us for Christmas which is nice too.
The whole world is pretty crazy right now but likely no crazier in some ways than World War II or the Cold War or the Kennedy Assassination (all of which I witnessed first hand(except for World war II) because I wasn't born until around 1950 or so.
But, the craziness of the world right now reminds me the most of the crash of 1929 (the Stock market) combined with the great Depression and world war II.
It could be said that the Great Depression in Europe Caused Hitler to be what he was just like Trump is causing Putin to be like he is and both are the potential death of millions and millions of people ongoing from now on during the next 10 years or so.
Trump has succeeded in killing at least 1 million people mostly through starvation worldwide already.
