This is of course a way to watch Apple Plus only. It likely doesn't solve the problem of identity theft regarding Email and Password (so you likely should change your password)
What happened to us is that we have all our streaming services through a Roku. Some people have it through an Apple System. There are likely many ways to do this. However, this is how I do it.
So, when I logged into Apple Plus It gave me a grey fuzzy screen and nothing else. So, I went out and tried to log in again after going out to roku away from Apple plus. However still the grey fuzzy screen no matter what I did.
Then a friend who is a techy more than I am at this point (age 77) said to restart tv and roku.
I said" That's a really great idea so I restarted my roku by unplugging it completely from the back of it.
This worked and I was able to get into Apple plus again without logging in which is normal.
So, if you are hacked (your passwords and email) for logging into Apple plus unplug whatever you are using to get to Apple plus and see if that works to reset your Apple Plus working again.
And later whenever you can, reset your password to Apple PLus to a different one to foil the Identity theft Crooks who are stealing your emails and passwords.
The point is you want to be able to use your Apple plus account so this worked for me.
we could not verify that this was a hack for sure. However, after a glitch like this it seems a good idea to change your password for your Apple Plus to protect yourselves better.
