College is like any other tool. It's what you do with it that counts.
I compare College to a hammer. You can either take that hammer and build a house or houses with it or you can take that hammer and harm yourself or others with it.
It is also like owning a 300 mph race car maybe a Ferrari or something like this.
Can you stay alive at 300mph? Probably not.
Especially if you do this every day.
So, college is a good tool for people who are balanced and methodical and have common sense.
Otherwise, it is often the death of them in various different ways.
For example, Does College replace getting married and having a family? No!
Does college keep you sane like a family can? No.
So, it's not just the student loans it's what changes it makes to you psychologically, morally, philosophically and on all levels, even physically.
If you aren't balanced going into this you won't be balanced coming out either.
