A hospital is where many people die when they are old. However, people who stay short times in the hospital might live

 Understanding this is important. Why?

Because if you have been in a hospital over night for example, they keep you awake at least every 1 or 2 hours every day. So, you really never get to sleep more than 1 or 2 hours at a time.

This alone if you aren't really young and healthy can contribute to an early death. I know all this is very controversial but if you don't somehow take all this in hand yourself you might die there too.

The system is designed for the very sickest of us close to death which isn't that good for us less close to death. So, in some ways you have to manage what is going to happen to you many times in order to actually survive being in a hospital.

However, if you don't advocate for your survival in a hospital you might not survive there. For example, you might be medicated with things you didn't ask for with names of medications you don't know of at all. Also, there are medications that some people are allergic to or they might give a dose of the medication that could also be life threatening. They are doing there best there. This is important to know too.

However, hospitals can just as easily kill you as to save our life.

I have had over 3 day stays in hospitals in 2022 and this month and I could see that for example, that I COULD NOT make the decisions I needed to to survive long term while being woken up every 1 to 2 hours and not able to sleep right. The nurses are great but because hospitals are designed for people near death that if you want to live through this experience you have to stay on top of all this so you can actually survive this experience both physically and psychologically.

If you are polite to the system you might not survive. It's not that you need to get angry with them because they are sincere in wanting to help you. However, if you aren't knowledgeable about what is actually going on their on enough levels you can easily not survive their help.

Whose fault is it if you don't survive in a hospital?

I'm thinking it's more useful to blame yourself than the hospitals simply because they are doing the best they can but when so many people are involved in decision making it's more likely that something is going to happen that might injure or kill you.

So, it's imperative if you want to survive your hospital experience that you be as knowledgeable as possible going into this situation.

We have some of the best hospitals on earth but if you don't know how to use these hospitals they might accidentally kill you if you aren't on top of all of these problems that All Hospitals have of trying to keep you alive while you are there.

For example, I wanted to wear a face mask in the hospital but realized I was too sick to this to breathe right during doing this. So, i didn't wear a face mask and don't want to get Covid or killer flu in the hospital either.

So, right now for example, you could die easily from the killer flu going around with 7.5 million people presently with us with the highest death rate of any flu in about 30 years just from being in the hospital over night for example. So, winter is NOT a good time to be in a hospital anywhere in the northern Hemisphere because of the cold weather and things like Flu and Covid that are rampant during the winter everywhere.
