As you can see it's pretty cold in the northeast and even Miami is only 65 degrees which is pretty cold for aaround 5pm on Monday any time of year. so the coldest temperature I can see is likely Minnesota at minus 6 degrees Fahrenheit. BRRRR!
However, Southern California and Southern Texas New Mexico and Arizona seem to be doing the best on the mainland (at least for temperatures).
