How does Ragna Create new Time Bodies so he has more than one body to use for missions?

 I hadn't really delved into this too much regarding technical details. But, logically it could go something like this. 

You don't want to die and not have another version of yourself alive if you are a Time General in 7028 on the first timeline T1 for Earth. We are presently on Timeline 2 but it is important to know there maybe an A,B,C,D and E presently of other versions of the 2nd timeline now. Why? The purpose of all these timelines is to make sure humans don't go extinct on the 2nd timelines in the next 3 to 5 centuries here on earth. Global Climate changes combined with starvation and overpopulation are real problems.

The problem of overpopulation: Mass death from pandemics.

The problem of STarvation: Starvation creates wars as people start to die from starvation.

So, the whole point here is General Ragna is a Time Lord of Time between 10,000 BC and 10,000 AD on all timelines. However, it is also true that His Oneness of Earth is the actual time Lord from about 40,000 to 70,000 years BC until Meridian replaces him sometime in the next 100 to 500 years because His Oneness has already lived doing this at least 100,000 years already and would like to do something else now.

So, the multiplying of bodies of Ragna the Time Lord of 10,000 BC to 10,000 AD on the first and 2nd timelines is a real problem that he has to solve in real time. 

So, how does he accomplish this?

Well. the Easiest way would be to go forward in time to get a version of himself after the operation was completed. The first thing is that when he goes there if he isn't there something went wrong and he might not do the time mission. But, if he is there in the future after the mission he would bring this future him to interact with and to stay in 7028 when he time travels to another time.

In this way he cannot really be killed because he has two versions of himself existing. So, if the younger one dies or disappears he then would create another duplicate of himself using this method and seek out and destroy whoever caused the death of his first body and prevent their birth or if there is more than one person who is a problem he would prevent all their births. This way he doesn't have to kill the adults just sterilize their mothers before their birth.

This is how it's done on this planet and throughout the Galaxy in time travel by governments, planetary and otherwise. 

another thing: 

If Ragna goes forward in time and finds he is not there he usually would go and get a previous younger version of himself to be in 7028 and then go sterilize the mothers of anyone who took him out. Then another thing he might do is to go back to when he was taken out and pull himself out of time so he doesn't die that time either.

Using this very sophisticated method he is basically unbeatable and unkillable on any timeline he functions on from 10,000 BC to 10,000 AD on both T1 and T2. (timeline 1 and timeline 2 versions).
