It might be important for more people to know this

NOTE: I was pretty spaced out on this diet. I wouldn't recommend this for more than about 4 days and even then after the first day or two I wouldn't try to drive a car.

So, this is a crash diet as you can see. I had to do this from something similar to diverticulitis from a Naval Hernia. However, when I added Core Power Protein Drinks to this my mind started working right once more. They come in 26 Gram shakes and I think 42? Gram shakes with Strawberry Banana, Chocolate and Vanilla. Then I added oatmeal and then finally mashed potatoes to this in addition to keeping using Jello also. Then I added Greek Yoghurt when it seemed like I could survive this too. It is now January 28th 2026 as I write this but I have much more mental Clarity now. I realized if you want to lose weight you cannot eat rice or rice flour though because it converts too high a sugar and you won't lose weight eating rice or rice flour usually because of this. by the Way Core Power Protein Drinks are available also at Costco (at least in California) not sure outside California. our housekeepers daughter lost weight by drinking two protein shakes like this and then only eating dinner for awhile and lost a lot of weight because her body was getting enough protein for her brain to work while she was working at a job.

One of the advantages of this diet if you are over 40 or 50 potentially is that about 80% of the pain in my hands from Arthritis disappeared while I'm on this diet which is really wonderful. Gluten gives people a lot of muscle and arthritis pain over 40 or 50 years old and gets even worse with age beyond that.

Gluten is wheat pasta, cookies, cakes, bread etc. It's really hard to lose weight if you are eating any gluten at all by the way. However, humans have been eating wheat products for around 15,000 to 25,000 years since they began farming and making breads and cereals out of wheat grains.

End Note.

I had an experience where I had to go to the hospital but that is not what I want to share about now.

Rather, I want to share about a potential diet for weight loss which resembles to me more intermittent fasting than anything else. This is what I have had to do since Saturday night when i had my last solid food in order to stay alive through what I'm presently dealing with.

It's an amazing weight loss regimen and I have already lost 4 pounds as of yesterday and haven't weighed myself today by the way yet.

So, this is all I'm having to eat since Sunday morning. Last solid food was Saturday night.

Chicken Broth

Jello

Orange juice

Lemonade

deCaffinated Tea 1 cup in the last 4 days.

However,  I am having to do this in order to survive presently but hopefully this diet will go back to a more normal one soon.

In the meantime I'm really grateful for my few extra pounds I have on because I'm likely going to lose them all while on this diet.

However, if you want to lose weight this is one option.

Among many others available worldwide

Also, I walked out of the hospital yesterday so I wouldn't die there from a Cold or Covid or the killer flu going around. Once I realized I could survive okay better at home where they don't wake you up every hour or two (the nurses are hired to do this) I left the hospital so I could survive better and not be exposed to diseases that might kill me or reduce my life span or whatever.

So, this diet (a liquid diet) is another potential diet for people to survive on while trying to lose weight too.

Also, you could add to this Bone Broth which helps a lot of people with nutrients too.
