But, you wouldn't think so if you listen to Trump. To Trump we are still living in a Herbert Hoover kind of reality where only Greed and starvation of the poor really exists at all.

So, creating affordability you end corporate monopolies regarding Housing and food prices.
However, you are also fighting Global Climate changes and worldwide Failed Crops from this as well as sea levels rising and people having to move away from lower altitudes near the ocean just like Parts of Miami now go underwater at high tide almost every day now. This is also happening worldwide and thereby also reducing housing along oceans worldwide. This affects millions and likely even billions of people both directly and indirectly because of housing being eaten up by the ocean especially at high tides or storms of various kinds.
