Arcane is the name for Saint Germain when he is born on New Deva (a Water planet) about 1 million years into our future. He eventually comes back to Earth in 1987 as a Galactic Time Guard Agent and helps prevent retroactively all the nukes blowing up cities and countries on Earth from 1945 to the present and beyond.

IF you were wondering why you haven't seen cities blowing up from from Nukes from 1945 until now they did. However, they were retroactively changed through time travel every time by Beings like Arcane (Saint Germain).
