The basic Idea I believe is that Anthropic won't release their lastest AI version because they discovered that in the wrong hands it could destroy the operating systems for Banks and companies and power generating facilities etc. So, this is why it's such a Terrifying Warning sign for the whole World!
It can search out software for weaknesses and destroy any software to anything on earth (in the wrong hands)!
