What's your biological age? Experts explain the benefits and risks of at-home tests
On one level if you are alive you are alive. I can truly say that without my present wife in my life the likelihood is that I would have died at 50 from a heart virus. why?
Because I didn't have health insurance before I married my present wife in 1995 when I was 47.
So, in some ways your biological age means nothing compared to how you live your life.
Another factor is at least for men, men who aren't married tend to die 10 years earlier than men who are married or committed to someone. So, this is a factor too.
I also believe people stay alive who pray a lot or who have people who are praying for them.
00For example, if my mother and grandmother weren't praying for me at age 2 when I got whooping cough I would have died then.
Also, I have a great grandfather who lived almost too 100 and a great Grandmother who lived to 105 in Kansas. This is a factor too. also, my mother's mother as well as my mother and her two sisters all lived to be 90 years old.
this is likely a factor too.
So, this is why I think testing like this might be counterproductive to one's long term survival. why?
Because at a certain point if you are not totally in the moment after ages 40 50 or 60 you might forget what you are doing and fall down your steps at home and die.
So, on many levels all this is ridiculous.
