Once it starts snowing often the snow level drops as the snow refrigerates the air further and further down the mountain. I think it will get to 5000 feet by tonight sometime and we might get snow flurries in town by Tuesday some time.
Presently 46 in town going to a high of 47. Tonight 36 in town and 33 Tuesday night. So, the snow flurries if they happen likely won't stick but only melt when they hit the ground in town this late in the year.
But, then again with the weather so crazy everywhere almost anything can happen as you know.
