This doesn't sound very good to me. Why?
Because AI makers can say: "Oh. We were just testing it and it ran off the road and messed up all these governments and banks fraudulently with Fake IDs."
So, I think we need to expect this kind of problem now worldwide in likely every country on earth. How will this be handled?
I think many AIs they will just have to make illegal on pain of death if it gets as out of hand as it sounds now.
But, it does take time for Congress and other Governmental bodies to step in and stop all this before all governments and banks collapse (which could actually happen pretty quickly as fast as these things think).
So, maybe it won't be Terminator style that wipes out human civilization with Skynet. It might be a Termination of all functioning Banks and Governments instead.
AI also could be hitting water systems nationwide too. It might not be the Iranians. They could be creating all municipal water systems having Cyclosporidia at once which might put out of work anyone drinking tap water out of municipal water systems nationwide.
You think I'm joking here. This might be happening right now and not enough people have figured it out yet.
And Trump is so self centered he would never figure it out or even stop it. But, that's another story.
