If 100 kamikaze drones are sent 10 hit their target. If 1000 kamikaze drones are sent how many would hit their targets?

I think for now it is more cost effective for countries like Ukraine to send 100 Kamikaze drones into a specific target at the same time because 10 would get through.

I'm not really sure what would happen if they sent 1000 kamikaze drones into a similar target area though. I'm not sure this would be cost effective for most nations to actually do during wartime. But, at some point this likely will happen in the near or far future.

The point is that the Shahed type of Kamikaze drone which the U.S. version is called  a LUCAS drone is a similar price whether it is made in Iran, Russia, Israel, France, England or Germany likely. So, they are around 30,000 to 35,000 dollars to make wherever they are made whether in a factory or in someone's home or garage in Iran or Ukraine and assembled there for launching at a specific GPS target somewhere on earth.

It's possible that sending 1000 Kamikaze drones would be too obvious to radar to hide whereas 100 drones can fly under the radar at 10 to 30 feet in altitude to reach their targets as well likely not really being detected much unless it is by satellites which might be confused as to whether these are civilian peaceful aircraft or knowing what exactly they were at all.

So, a totally offensive weapon like this when you send 100 or more of these at once is presently not something that can be defended against anywhere on earth at present at least.

Which is why Europe isn't involved in the Iran war at all because they don't want all their European cities blown up too.
