Because in the early 1980s where this seems to be set it really reminded us of when I was 32 in 1980 and she would likely have been around 25 at this time too. So, it is when we were still young and not in our 70s now. So, if you are our age or around there this movie might take you back (especially the music) to these times in Los Angeles. It stars Topher Grace (from the 70s show) and the incredibly Beautiful Teresa Palmer from Australia whose American accent is perfect in this movie by the way. also, it is an early Anna Faris movie then made in 2011 and you also see Chris Pratt in this movie as well in an early role. It's possible that Chris Pratt and Anna Faris were living together around then too at that time in their lives.
Also, from "Fantastic Beasts and Where to find them" is Dan Fogler then in Take me home tonight too.
