None of this is normal including 92 degres while raining in Maui for October when I was there a week or two ago. My wife called me to tell me it was 102 as she drove through Santa Barbara further south today.
After I wrote the above I turned on the weather channel and realized it wasn't just Santa Barbara that was over 100 degrees today look at these temperatures (The highs and also right now)
Los Angeles 104 degrees today right now 99 degrees
Anaheim 104 today
Burbank 104 today
San Diego 97 today and 94 right now as of 10:38 pm PDT
Then surprisingly
Palm Springs 101
Las Vegas 88
