Dreams

Time is a human construct and not a natural one. If humans weren't trained to think of time and space the way we are conditioned to from birth then we would have a completely different explanation for everything like people do and did in individual tribes around the world each with their own creation stories.

So, in understanding the both time and space are human conditioned constructs and not a natural way to perceive the universe is a good way to look at your night time dreams where dreams are not limited to any one time or any one space at all but instead could exist and do in everywhere and everywhen.

From this perspective this changes everything one thinks or does waking or sleeping.

Is it useful to think this way?

I find it useful a lot of the time because I have discovered time and space is not one of the permanent parts of the universe a soul lives in.

When we dream we are in a state of Being but not necessarily any one time or space. In dreams we enter the realm of souls.

"To Sleep perchance to Dream" was on many gravestones when people first heard this in a Shakespearean play. For example, even in the Bible we have Joseph (Old Testament) who interprets the Pharoah's dreams and becomes famous in that world as a dream interpreter.

15 Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I had a dream, and no one can interpret it. But I have heard it said of you that when you hear a dream you can interpret it.”.

Joseph Interprets Pharaoh's Dreams - After two whole years, Pharaoh dreamed that he was standing by the Nile, and behold, there came up out of.

So, maybe dreams are very very important (I find many of mine are) when I wake up in the middle of one and it converts to human memory cells so I can remember them for awhile especially if  I record myself speaking about the dream or write the dram down.

However, I also find once the words are down even months or years later if I see the dream again often it means and entirely different thing in my state of mind then. (Which may speak to the timeless nature of dreams to begin with).

People in today's world often underestimate their dreams because they don't understand that dreams are a window to the infinite being of God and the Universe.

The problem becomes learning to interpret dreams in a useful way. When you are on the right path with a dream you can feel it if you get what is important about the dream. You sense when you are going in the right direction, especially if it is your dream rather than someone else's.

Knowing how to interpret your dreams might for example, save your life or a member of your family one day. This important to understand too.

So, if you have a dream and you don't know what it means but you sense it could be important give a prayer like "God PLease show me what this dream means!" And if it is an important dream with God talking to you often God will show you the real meaning of the dream.
