Some California counties aren't allowed to move into re-opening phase 2.5 or 3: Here they are:

As of Thursday, all but 10 of California's 58 counties have completed that process. The only counties not allowed to move into Stage 2.5 and 3 are Alameda, Contra Costa, Imperial, Marin, Monterey, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties.

This is interesting to me because this means that Orange County and Riverside County and San Diego County and Los Angeles county have been allowed into phase 2.5 and 3 already I guess where as many of the northern Counties near San Francisco are still mostly closed.

I was listening to the news and I found out that Monterey County for example, is having problems primarily because of Farm Workers contracting Coronavirus who come up from Mexico for harvesting. Often these people are not well educated as to how to survive coronavirus or are not protected enough by employers so they are safe from Coronavirus because they work too closely together picking vegetables and or fruit like Strawberries and they also have to ride in buses together to work sites which can also cause infections from riding on buses.

Buses, subways, taxis and the like are one of the easier ways to contract coronavirus along with riding on cruise ships and jet passenger planes which is why I'm not going to be riding on jets or cruise ships for at the very least 2 years time at least at this point.
