People are being transported to other cities specifically to burn up police cars and burn down buildings wherever they are and cause mayhem. Who is paying these people to do this? Where is the money for them to travel to kill people and burn up police cars and burn down businesses?
This is the question we all need to ask because the locals need those police and businesses and are the worse off without them. So, who is hiring these people to travel to places they are not from and burn and kill?
