Which is where Trump is coming from too. Trump pretends to be a friend of the common man by communicating with them. However, this is not really who he is at core. He is similar in many ways to his KKK Father who was arrested for beating up Catholic Cops in New York City in the 1920s while he was a member of the KKK. So, by shocking people enough you give them a minor type of PTSD and then because they are scared you steal their rights away in the guise of protecting them but really this just hastens their deaths in reality.
So, the shock doctrine is a way to make the average person die sooner rather than later without being directly blamed for their deaths.
This is done so the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
