What does 47% of the American people presently not able to afford to buy enough food to feed their families mean here in the U.S.?

It tells us that if the rich don't donate money to food banks that the poor will have to resort to crime to survive these times.

So, if you are able please donate to food banks so people won't have to resort to criminal behavior in order to survive.
