First of all many of you have noticed that architects and conceptual artists often make a drawing of one kind or another before they set out to actually design and build something, anything. So, just like that it is important to visualize what kind of protection that you want to have around you. Now, remember in the end this is to give you confidence so you don't get scared in some situation unnecessarily, not initially at least to create something that bullets bounce off of. The last could take years or never depending upon the person's natural abilities to begin with. But what I will say is that it is possible for everyone to generate a concept of a forcefield that if they hold the picture and possibly along with that say a series of words that convince one's subconscious mind that they are protected will take away all fear in different kinds of situations. However, there are times and places where Not being afraid might actually be crazy and not useful so one must think about that as well. However, in order to stay centered visualizing a forcefield around yourself while having to speak in front of a class, play or speak in front of many or even walk through a difficult part of town that you cannot get around any other way.
So, the basic visualization that I was taught as a 2 year old by my parents who were mystic Christians Seattle and California as I grew up went something like this. I was taught to visualize a milk bottle about 10 feet high with me inside it made of sacred energy that nothing could penetrate. But instead of glass it was made of impenetrable energy(imagine bullet proof plastic like see through Kevlar). So, nothing unholy or fearful or even physically harmful can get to you in any way. So, then this visualization is the basis for this actual forcefield that I learned to invoke starting about age 2 in Seattle, Washington. Later, in Sunday school I was wrapped with plastic about 4 feet high to illustrate to me creating this field of protection from God. At the top of this energy forcefield was my individual God self, my soul.
Now if you don't believe in God I suppose you could still visualize a forcefield, or you could just pretend that God is there in the form of your individual God self either way depending upon what you find helpful in creating this kind of field of awareness.
In the end whatever convinces your subconscious that something is true is going to work the best for you whatever that is. Believing in something is more than half the battle. Do you think 4 minute milers or high jumpers or pole vaulters could do what they do if they didn't believe they could first? You cannot even lift you arm from your side unless you believe you can. So, creating a forcefield as a holy thing or just as a psychological protection much like being inside your car when driving in rain, wind, snow or just from being protected from extreme heat or cold. Obviously, a lot depends upon your belief regarding all this and what you believe in in the end.
But if you think this is a useful tool to protect yourself, your children, your family or your friends you might investigate through personal experience of visualization and find out for yourself what you, or you and God are capable of doing together.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
