begin quote from Feeding America in the latest Time Magazine:
"---Every day 50 million Americans are unsure where their next meal will come from. That's one in six people who live in the richest country on earth, nearly one in four children." end quote from September 12th 2011 Time Magazine. end quote.
Feeding the growing every day 50 million people of which between 46 million to 48 million are now on Food Stamps, is a problem for all Americans because no one does very well without at least food, clothes and a place to stay at a bare minimum. So, how America deals with this growing problem likely will answer the question: "Will we rise or fall as a nation?" It is important to consider that if ALL people within a nation don't have food, clothing and shelter, that nation isn't going to progress very far for a variety of reasons.
