Earthquakes tend to increase where large dams are built all over the Earth

I was watching a program on this on the Weather Channel that I recorded on my DVR last night. And it appears that earthquakes tend to increase up to about 5.0s around the world wherever people build large dams like the Hoover Dam or Aswan Dam or Dams in China etc. So, the stress levels change because of the new weight displacement.

Another interesting fact is that mountains rise some when glaciers melt because the weight changes on those mountains and they can then rise 1 or more feet in altitude as those Glaciers melt.

Also, as the poles melt it changes the weight displacement of the poles and the whole planet and changes the shape of the earth itself and likely also changes the way the earth rotates like the Earthquake and tsunami in Japan not only sank Japan in some places about 3 feet but also changed the length of a day here on earth on a small level too. So, the day had to be recalculated a little too from that change.
