What ISIL has done will harm N.Syria and N. Iraq for 100 years or more

It is easiest to think about it like this:

It is like out of the Old Testament where one nation or group kills all the men and boys of another nation tribe or group and kills or marries and impregnates all their women and girls that are left alive.

What happens historically is that the only group left alive for the next 100 years or so are the children of the women of the previous men and boys who were killed that have been impregnated by the new group.

This is how Islam was spread exclusively throughout the middle east and into Africa originally. They killed everyone who didn't agree with them or at least pay lip service to Islam. So, no one else was left.

In this case anyone who wasn't extremist Sunni has been killed and put into piles under dirt usually near their village.

So, in Northern Syria and in Northern Iraq there are NO Christians, NO Shias, NO Yazidis or anything else that was there the last 1000 years.

What this means is that unless this area is resettled by someone like Iran that Northern Syria and Northern Iraq will STAY extremist Sunni and nothing else for AT LEAST the next 100 years just like happened before in Biblical history.

So, you likely are going to have something like the "KU KLUX KLAN" type of effect where anyone who moves in to those areas who is of a different religion than extremist Sunni will be found beheaded along with the rest of their family in the morning somewhere, even if the ISLAMIC State is no more and ISIL has long ago having gone back to being like Al Qaeda is right now without it's own land and state.

Also, directly because of this, Iran is funding the Houthis in Yemen in reaction to what ISIL is doing in Iraq. This is because Saudi Arabian Wasabi Sunnis are some of the primary funders of ISIL in Iraq which is a way to wipe out all Shias (Iran is Shia Muslim). So, we see Hezbollah and Iran killing Sunnis and displacing Sunnis in Syria. Then we see Saudi Arabian Wasabis funding ISIL to completely exterminate all Shias (and while they are at it all Christians and Yazidis too) and in direct reaction to this Iran funding Houthis in Yemen to run a government that might help overthrow the Wasabis in Saudi Arabia.

So, we are now witnessing a Sectarian Civil War primarily between Iran and all Sunni Countries like Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Turkey etc. against Iran alongside of Assad in Syria alongside the Shia government of Iraq. And more and more this appears to be a fight to the death of one of them. However, logically the end would be Sunnis Winning. However, don't sell Iran short because they are working very hard on a nuclear weapon to nuke all Sunnis out of existence. However, Saudi Arabia especially, has more than enough money to buy nuclear weapons and might already have a nuclear weapon or so already secretly. So, this sectarian war might even become a nuclear war between Sunnis and Shias sometime during the next 100 years.

So, because of the nature of all this we can expect chaos in the Middle East for at least the next 100 years or so with oil being cut off to the rest of the world periodically during that time.

But, for now, the conflict has been greatly reduced by low oil prices because all sides are funded by oil. So, as oil prices reduce less people are killed by advanced weapons like helicopters, jet fighters, tanks, missiles and RPGs (rocket propelled grenades).

So, the reduction in the price of oil not only empowers the economies of the U.S. and Europe and Japan and others, it also reduces the amount of deaths throughout the middle east during this time too.

However, to be fair about all this: If Assad hadn't demanded to be kept in power and been helped by Russia and Iran and Iraq in this, none of what we are going to see the next 100 years would be happening now. Because the Sunni reaction epitomized by ISIL was caused by the treatment of Sunnis in Syria with 9 million of them displaced and hundreds of thousands of them dead or dying now. And this caused this whole mess in the end.

However, looking at this in another way Protestants and Christians in the Middle Ages acted a lot like this. For example, remember King Henry VIII and his daughter Queen Elizabeth and what happened with the Catholics in Spain and the Spanish Armada off of England?

What we are witnessing between Shias and Sunnis now isn't that much different than what happened in the 1500s, 1600s and before in Europe.

It's just the cultural timing is different. That's all.

And the historical Vlad, the Impaler (Count Dracula) was doing the same thing to Muslims that ISIL is now doing to Christians, Shias and Yazidis now.

So, it is like watching a rerun of the 1400s to 1600s only now in the Middle East.
