Has North Korea now attacked BIND and domain names...
If this is Section 121 of North Korea doing this from either North Korea (unlikely) or China (likely) then these attacks would be obvious if the domain names are only the domain names originating from Free countries (other than China).
If this is N. Korea it would be obvious because of the lack of Chinese or Russian Domain names being attacked.
So, if this attack progresses as it appears to be now, watch and see "Which" domain names are being attacked to see if this is Russia and China hiring N. Korea to "Bring Down" western Free World Businesses and governments.
It should be pretty obvious during the next few days or weeks time.
