Most of the Asteroids in the Solar System (to the best of my knowledge come from what we call "The Asteroid belt out pas Mars.
However, most people don't go beyond there in describing this "Asteroid Belt". So, where did it come from, (a blown up planet?).
The answer turns out to be "Yes!" Even though this was suppressed from the Western World's News by the world's religions who don't want this generally known, in the 1970s the Soviet Union Sent up a probe to the Asteroid Belt to find out what it was.
It turned out that the Asteroid Belt is actually a planet with water on it that was blown up by a Thermonuclear explosion or explosions. This likely means that humans or humanoids (likely our ancestors) blew up this planet.
When did this happen?
This likely is relatively easy. Likely 65 million years ago when the dinosaurs went extinct. My thought is that after the planet blew up a chunk of it was sunk into the gulf of Mexico purposefully by the survivors so they could live on earth without the biggest dinosaurs killing them. Since The Asteroid belt planet was blown up which also blew the atmosphere off of Mars they had no place in the Solar System left to live. So, they needed earth to live on. So, they prepared it likely by killing the largest dinosaurs with a piece of their planet.
The other thought I had today is that this would mean all these pieces were radioactive then, but likely they Might not be today?
So, this is something to think about for miners of Asteroids. They might still be radioactive 65 million years later?
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
